I work at the intersection of technical project delivery and quality engineering, helping teams build and release reliable digital banking experiences. My experience at ICICI Bank spans application ownership, UPI migration, service virtualization, API and mobile UI automation, performance testing, and application observability. I bring project coordination and hands-on engineering together—from sprint planning and cross-team delivery to realistic test environments, repeatable regression tests, and performance analysis. My toolkit includes Parasoft SOAtest and Virtualize, Apache JMeter, Dynatrace, Appium, Java, Groovy, and SQL. I also work with Playwright and TypeScript.
