Intelligent Product Search — AI-assisted Parts & Battery Finder
An AI-assisted search application for retail store associates. An associate enters a vehicle, VIN, licence plate or a free- text question and receives fitment-correct batteries with live per-store pricing and inventory, cross-sell products (key fobs, wipers, bulbs, chargers), install instructions and selling tips. A second tab is a Knowledge Base chat over internal SOPs and manuals that answers with page-level citations into the source documents. The app runs embedded as an iframe inside the store point-of-sale system and standalone behind corporate SSO.
