UrbanEye is an AI-powered web application designed to help citizens report civic issues such as potholes, garbage accumulation, waterlogging, broken streetlights, and open drains. Users can submit issue photos, locations, and descriptions. The system uses AI-based image classification to identify issue categories, detect potential duplicate complaints, and prioritize issues based on their severity. An admin dashboard helps authorities manage complaints, track their status, and upload resolution images, promoting faster and more efficient civic issue management.
