Worked on ServiceNow Service Portal development and volunteer self-service UX. Created the Volunteer Connect portal and designed volunteer-facing pages and widgets, including the Browse Opportunities interface with opportunity cards and an Express Interest feature. Worked on connecting the frontend widget to existing backend tables, implementing the application submission flow with profile lookup and duplicate-application checks, and displaying appropriate success and error messages. Also worked on volunteer opportunity discovery, shift management, contribution tracking, and post-service feedback interfaces.

Smart Lock – Focus Lock Chrome Extension

Developed a Chrome extension to minimize digital distractions during study and work sessions. Implemented Strict Focus Lock and Block Distractions modes, timed focus sessions, tab restrictions, customizable website blocking, countdown timers, and focus-time statistics. Used Chrome Extension APIs and local storage to manage browser interactions, session state, and user preferences.
