- Worked on an autonomous vehicle (ADV) project focused on Software Quality (SWQ), analyzing completed trips and negative user feedback to identify driving errors and understand the root causes of customer dissatisfaction. Used SQL and Python to analyze operational data, investigate error trends, validate data quality, and identify recurring issues across different driving scenarios. Performed root cause analysis (RCA), monitored quality metrics, and supported corrective actions to improve data accuracy and overall autonomous driving performance. Also contributed to quality control, KPI tracking, and mentoring new team members to maintain consistent analysis standards.
