Developed a deep learning model to predict blood glucose levels 30 minutes in advance for Type 1 Diabetes patients. Implemented an LSTM-based model using the OhioT1DM dataset and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data. Processed physiological signals, insulin doses, carbohydrate intake, and time-based features. Applied Gaussian filtering to reduce sensor noise and improve input data quality. Evaluated model performance using RMSE, MAE, and Clarke Error Grid Analysis. Visualized predicted versus actual glucose trends to support proactive glucose monitoring and risk awareness.
