NVIDIA AI System Advisor: Domain-Specific RAG System
Built an end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application for NVIDIA documentation covering NeMo, Triton, and TensorRT. Designed a six-stage retrieval-to-generation pipeline using FAISS vector search and MiniLM embeddings, with Gemini 2.5 for grounded question answering with source citations. Implemented metadata-aware query routing, similarity-based retrieval quality checks, and grounding instructions to help reduce unsupported answers.
Carbon-Wise: AI Carbon Footprint Tracking System
Developed an AI-powered carbon-footprint tracking system combining rule-based emission calculations based on IPCC/DEFRA methods with a Random Forest prediction model (reported R² ≈ 0.957). Integrated Google Gemini API for AI-generated insights and recommendations through a modular FastAPI backend. Published the project as first author and team lead in IJIRT in March 2026.
