Ayyagari Sai Radha Sri Lalitha

I’m a Senior Assistant – Programming at IFHE (ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education) and a full-stack developer moving into product management. I own internal digital systems end to end as the sole developer, from gathering stakeholder requirements and designing SQL Server databases to building in ASP.NET Core MVC, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. My work includes an Employee Portal Management System with a Note Editor and a Photo Download Management module. Alongside my development work, I’ve built a product foundation through Great Learning’s Product Management certification, covering customer discovery, PRDs, feature prioritization, and AI in product management. I also designed Sai Sanjeevani, a healthcare assistance app prototype in Figma focused on accessibility and patient support. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College. I enjoy leading and working with communities. During college I served as President of the IUCEE Student Chapter and Associate President of STREET CAUSE, and I continue as a Youth Coordinator with the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation. I’m particularly interested in AI-enabled products, and I’d love to connect with product managers and teams hiring for associate-level product roles.
