- Built a PDF agent that answers questions from uploaded documents, including the upload/processing pipeline, the question-answering agent, and a viewer that shows the exact page each answer came from. - Built a DOCX agent so the chatbot could also answer questions from Word documents. - Added inline images to answers for both PDF and DOCX agents, so users see the actual figures, tables, and diagrams from the document instead of just text. - Built a SharePoint connector that lets users connect or disconnect their SharePoint and ask questions on PDF and DOCX files stored there.

- Added new data source integrations so users can connect and search their data from Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Freshdesk, and PayPal. - Tested AI features by checking responses for accuracy, finding bugs, and confirming fixes using real data. - Used AWS CloudWatch to track logs and debug issues, and Azure DevOps to manage test cases and report results.
