Production Vector Database & Metadata Filtering API
Built a containerized semantic search microservice using Qdrant vector database, FastAPI, and Sentence-Transformers (all-MiniLM-L6-v2). Implemented dynamic payload metadata filtering for categories and difficulties, orchestrated via Docker Compose.
Semantic Document Search & Dense Retrieval Engine
Developed a high-speed dense retrieval engine utilizing FAISS (IndexFlatIP) for sub-millisecond nearest-neighbor cosine similarity matching. Containerized the service with lifespan state management and automated pytest suites.
