- Developing TruHire, an Al-powered recruitment platform using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Redis. Worked on candidate search and matching, job description-based filtering, hybrid search using BM25 and vector retrieval, reranking, and Al-assisted recruiter workflows. Also worked on Al workflow automation by converting Claude Skills into Camunda/BPMN workflows, integrating Laya classification workflows, and running Qwen models through vLLM APIs for local inference. Additionally, contributed to authorization and knowledge-layer services.
