- Builder-PM who takes messy operational problems from discovery to production AI systems that people actually use.
- Built a contract-intelligence platform end-to-end as its PM and sole engineer, took it from POC to production. It is now used by the client's Vendor Management
- The tool then expanded into a ₹1.2 Cr engagement with a second business unit.
- A separate client team asked me to build a self-updating sales dashboard, now used actively by 300+ program managers.
- I now lead a 7-member team building three AI tools for finance operations: automated PO creation, AI-assisted invoice validation, and capacity and budget projection.
AI Powered Contract Management System
Merges base SOWs, order forms and amendments into one single source of truth, the "Live Artifact" (field-level provenance is computed structurally to override the LLM). Includes an access-aware chatbot (RAG + intent classifier, governed by 27-permission RBAC), a 5-stage change-request workflow with AI Delta Audits, MTC spend tracking, and human approval before any record is saved (all manual corrections are tracked to continuously measure field-level model accuracy). Outcomes (reported by the business team): retrieval time down from ~20 min to <1 min, ~85% less manual review, and 95%+ extraction accuracy. Used by ~120 people across 57 contract families (~200 documents). Expansion: the client's VMO lead sponsored the expansion to a second business unit, which became a ₹1.2 Cr engagement. I wrote the SOW's technical scope and services section.
