Ramya Susmitha

I’m currently working as a Research Associate, where my work focuses on understanding how company strategies translate into business performance across different industries. Earlier, I worked at Amazon in last-mile delivery operations. In that role, I handled delivery-related issues in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. I also contributed process improvement ideas as part of the "SDS Collab House Project" by identifying recurring issues and gaps in company policies to increase cx satisfaction and trust in the company. This experience gave me strong exposure to operations, execution, and customer impact at scale. To build a stronger foundation in product and business thinking, I’ve been actively upskilling alongside my work. I’m pursuing an Executive Postgraduate Certificate Program in General Management from IIM Ranchi and have completed the Google Project Management Certification course. Outside work, I enjoy drawing and writing poetry inspired by nature and human emotions.
