Paddock Dashboard — F1 Race Predictor & Replay
Built a full stack F1 analytics platform using six XGBoost/LightGBM models to predict race outcomes, with SHAP-based natural-language explanations and conformal prediction intervals. Developed a 10,000 iteration Monte Carlo race simulator producing driver position probability matrices, served through FastAPI and WebSockets with automated telemetry updates.
Human Annotator Analysis
Fine-tuned a ResNet-18 model in PyTorch to predict human annotator disagreement distributions on CIFAR-10H, reframing image classification as a soft-label distribution prediction task. Benchmarked three loss functions, including a custom entropy-matching loss, evaluated distributional performance and tested robustness against image corruptions using Grad-CAM explanations.
