- Developed backend components for an Asset Management System using Java, Spring MVC, JDBC, and Oracle SQL, following layered Controller-Service-DAO architecture.
- Designed SQL queries using Prepared Statements and subqueries for registration, login, asset management, and search functionality.
- Implemented database-driven web functionality and built web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, integrating them with backend services.
Built an AI-powered platform to analyze source code for quality, complexity, and security issues. Implemented REST APIs and LLM integration using Spring Boot and Spring AI. Connected the web interface with backend services to deliver structured code review results.
Asset Inventory Management System
Migrated the application from Spring MVC to Spring Boot, simplifying configuration and deployment. Developed asset registration, management, and search modules. Integrated AJAX and jQGrid for dynamic search, filtering, and data display without full-page reloads.
Rental Management System
Developed a rental management system to digitize rent tracking for multiple buildings and flats. Implemented building and flat management, tenant details, monthly rent, payment records, and payment status tracking. Integrated Google Maps API for rental property locations and automated WhatsApp notifications for delayed or pending rent payments.
