I’m a Business Consultant at Capgemini in the Financial Services and Insurance domain, currently building my expertise in policy, billing and claims with platforms like Guidewire and JIRA. Before my MBA at IBS Hyderabad, I spent two years at Merkle (a Dentsu company) as a Qualtrics Implementation Consultant. There I delivered survey, analytics and automation solutions for global clients like Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, TCGplayer and UC Riverside, including a project I converted into a long-term managed-service agreement. I’m especially interested in how AI can be applied responsibly in regulated industries. During my Capgemini internship, I contributed to MediGenie, a RAG- and LLM-based medical coding POC, by writing its white paper. I also hold recent certifications in generative AI, cloud and Agile, including Claude Certified Associate Foundations, Microsoft Azure AI Essentials, Oracle OCI AI Foundations and SAFe. I’m here to learn how agentic AI, governance and evaluation practices are shaping real-world delivery, and to connect with people building in this space. Outside work, I create family travel and devotional vlogs on YouTube, and I enjoy cricket, cooking and photography.
