Product Designer at Jio, with nearly a decade of experience designing large-scale platforms, internal tools, and design systems for complex product ecosystems. I work on foundational design initiatives that enable multiple teams to build consistent, accessible, and high-quality experiences at scale. My focus is system-level problem solving, defining interaction models, scalable UI patterns, and governance that balance usability, accessibility, performance, and long-term maintainability. I partner closely with engineering and product leadership on cross-team initiatives with wide organizational impact. Previously at Compass, I designed end-to-end workflows across the real-estate platform, including referral and agent–client engagement experiences that contributed to improved user retention and engagement. In addition to core design work, I build code-based prototypes and internal design tools to explore design-to-code workflows, reduce friction between design and engineering, and increase team velocity.
