I'm a Computer Science and Engineering undergraduate at Anurag University, also pursuing a BS in Data Science and Applications from IIT Madras. I'm passionate about software development, problem-solving, and building practical applications. My technical interests include Java, Spring Boot, React.js, SQL, REST APIs, and backend development. I've worked on projects such as Smart Dukaan, a billing and credit management application for small shops, and ATRIA, a campus event management platform featuring JWT authentication and QR-code-based attendance tracking. I'm continuously improving my technical skills through coursework, certifications, and hands-on projects. As a core member of the Web Club at Anurag University, I've also helped organize workshops on web development, Git, and REST APIs for students. I'm eager to connect with developers, learn from the tech community, explore new technologies, and contribute to meaningful software projects.
Smart Dukaan — Billing & Credit Management App for Small Shops
Smart Dukaan is a web-based billing and credit management application designed to help small shop owners digitize their daily business operations. The platform brings billing, customer credit management (Khata), inventory tracking, and group buying together in one place. The application enables shopkeepers to manage customer credit and repayment records while maintaining a customer scoring system ranging from 300 to 900 based on payment history. This score helps shop owners make more informed decisions about customer credit limits. The inventory management feature tracks stock details and uses the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) approach to prioritize products with earlier expiry dates, helping reduce wastage. Another key feature is group buying, which allows shop owners to combine orders and benefit from discounts on bulk purchases. The application also integrates external APIs to support AI-powered assistance, customer reminders, and online payment workflows. **Technologies:** Java, Spring Boot, React.js, TypeScript, MySQL, REST APIs.
ATRIA — Campus Event Management Platform
ATRIA is a campus event management platform developed to simplify how colleges and student clubs organize events, manage registrations, and track student participation. The application provides a centralized system for managing events and supporting different user roles with appropriate access permissions. Built using Java and Spring Boot, ATRIA implements JWT-based authentication to secure user accounts and protect backend APIs. The platform supports role-based access for students, club administrators, college administrators, and super administrators, helping each user access the features relevant to their responsibilities. A major feature is QR-code-based attendance tracking. When a student registers for an event, a unique QR code is generated for the registration. Club administrators can scan the code to record attendance, reducing reliance on manual attendance-taking. The platform also provides dashboards that display event participation and attendance statistics, helping administrators monitor engagement and evaluate event outcomes. **Technologies:** Java 17, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, JPA, Hibernate, JWT, REST APIs, ZXing.
