Hi, I’m Yashas, a student at VIT-AP University pursuing an interdisciplinary technology program that blends software engineering, mathematics, digital electronics, and management. This mix has taught me to approach problems from both a technical and a practical perspective, and to think about how a product is built, how it performs, and how it serves the people who use it. Currently, my focus is on website and mobile app development. I enjoy designing and building clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, and I care about the details that make an application feel reliable, from structure and performance to usability and accessibility. I keep improving my skills by building, experimenting, and learning from real-world practice. Alongside development, I have a strong interest in cybersecurity. I like understanding how systems are attacked and defended, why vulnerabilities happen, and how secure design choices can prevent them. My goal is to combine development and security skills so that I can build software that is not only functional and polished, but also safe and trustworthy by design. I’m also strengthening my fundamentals in problem-solving and data structures and algorithms, which support both good engineering and security thinking. I’m attending DevFest Hyderabad to learn from industry experts, explore the latest tools and technologies across web, mobile, cloud, and AI, and connect with developers, students, and security enthusiasts. I’m eager to exchange ideas, gain new perspectives, and grow with the community. I’m always open to collaborating, learning, and building something meaningful together. Feel free to connect with me.

DroidMirror – Cross-Platform Android Mirroring Desktop UI Prototype
Developed a responsive desktop UI prototype for a cross-platform Android mirroring application using Flutter. Implemented adaptive layouts, improved the interface across different screen sizes, and added automated widget tests to validate responsive behaviour. Used Flutter analysis, testing, and Windows debug builds to verify the prototype.
PIPE-SENSE – Water Pipe Leak Detection and Localization System
Developed a Flutter mobile application prototype for a water pipe leak detection system. Implemented simulation and ESP32 communication modes, periodic sensor-data updates, and a dashboard for displaying leak status and approximate leak location. Built a mock HTTP/JSON server to test application behaviour using simulated sensor readings.
